Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Description:
The Medical Secretary (Allied) will support administrative operations at our facility in Cambridge, MA. This is an on-site position requiring strong organizational, clerical, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, supporting medical staff and ensuring efficient office operations.

Requirements:

COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (declinations not accepted)
BILH cover sheet required
Local candidates only
Cannot have worked (permanent or travel) at any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
