About the Team The Cloud Enablement Product team sits at the heart of our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization with a mission to help Capital One thrive on and with the public cloud. We are on a journey to ensure data privacy, operational excellence, and strategic growth for a well‑managed and governed cloud. We are driving foundational capabilities that power secure, scalable, and resilient cloud operations. We help Capital One by bringing automation, invention, and customer enablement to how we build software, operate software, and elevate developers.

In this role, you will lead Cloud Software Defined Network (abstracted network management) to enable secure application connectivity of and around the public cloud for Capital One applications. Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300

New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300

Plano, TX: $175,500 - $200,300

Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
