What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and strengthen relationships within the equipment lending, leasing, and private equity communities to generate deal flow
Source, structure, analyze, and document financing opportunities while managing the portfolio throughout its lifecycle
Provide transaction summaries and updates during weekly pipeline meetings
Attend industry events to cultivate relationships and source potential opportunities
Analyze financial statements and business plans to assess opportunities and risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS degree required
Minimum of 12 years of experience in equipment finance/leasing, underwriting, and portfolio management
Proven experience in a fast-paced, deal-driven equity/capital risk environment
Strong financial acumen and experience with commercial transactions including leasing and portfolio management
Excellent written, advocacy, and negotiating skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with SuperTrump, Salesforce, or similar leasing/CRM applications
Experience in managing complex transactions across a wide range of equipment classes and financing structures
