Job Description Primary Function of Position

The Finance Analyst 2, FES will serve as a key business partner to the Finance & Enterprise Services (FES) organization, with direct alignment to Organizational Development and Indirect Procurement teams. The role helps core financial activities including month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, headcount reconciliation, and project‑based insights. This position will also play a critical role in driving standardization, process optimization, and consolidation efforts across the broader FES finance landscape. The ideal candidate brings both proven statistical capability and a team‑oriented mindset to navigate complex, cross‑functional environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Help monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and reporting

Drive forecasting and budgeting processes, partnering closely with FES functional managers and finance leadership

Drive headcount tracking and reconciliation efforts across associated functions

Partner with Organizational Development and Indirect Procurement teams to provide financial help and insight

Conduct project‑based financial modeling, scenario‑analysis, and ROI assessments

Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at standardizing reporting and optimizing workflows across FES finance

Own or help financial consolidation and summary reporting for FES business units

Deliver ad‑hoc financial analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders

Partner across finance teams to ensure data consistency, governance, and accuracy

Continuously identify areas for automation, simplification, and control enhancement

Required Education and Training

2-4 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or business analysis role

Solid knowledge of core finance processes (close, forecast, budget, variance analysis)

Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, financial modeling, data manipulation)

Exceptional statistical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

Effective communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations

Experience helping cross‑functional partners and navigating matrixed organizations

This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week

May require travel up to 10% of time

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, TM1/Anaplan)

Familiarity with headcount/workforce reporting and alignment with HR systems

Exposure to Indirect Procurement or Organizational Development functions

Experience working in large or complex corporate environments

Background in process improvement, financial consolidation, or finance transformation efforts

Compensation Base Compensation Range Region 1:

$106,700 USD - $144,300 USD

Base Compensation Range Region 2:

$90,700 USD - $122,700 USD
