Overview We are the nation’s largest, professional pro-life sidewalk counseling organization. We are looking for someone like you—passionate about the pro-life cause, prayerful, and dedicated to making a difference—to help women and protect preborn babies. The Stewardship Associate plays a vital role in supporting Coalition Life’s fundraising and donor relations efforts. Working closely with the Director of Stewardship, this position ensures that the systems, communications, and activities that cultivate, steward, and recognize donors are executed with excellence. The Stewardship Associate assists with managing key operational aspects of fundraising, including donor data management, communications, research, event support, and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life

15-29 hours weekly

Assist with drafting and sending timely acknowledgments and stewardship letters to donors

Assist with donor recognition, including preparing impact reports, thank-you calls, and special updates

Help coordinate small donor engagement opportunities and events

Maintain accurate and timely donor records in Salesforce, including data entry, gift processing, and reporting

Generate regular reports for the Director of Stewardship

Conduct prospect research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and funders

Support grant tracking, reporting deadlines, and file management

Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals

Assist with sponsorship deliverables and recognition efforts

Coordinate event materials, registration, donor follow-up, and post-event reporting

Partner with the Director of Stewardship to implement fundraising strategies across individual, corporate, and foundation giving

Serve as a professional and warm point of contact for donors, volunteers, and partners

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit administration, or related fields (internships and volunteer experience considered)

Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with donor databases (Salesforce experience a plus), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively
