About the Role We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This is a W2, in‑person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up. The position offers a hybrid model: in‑person care from our Santa Ana office with the option to see some patients via telehealth.
What You’ll Do
Provide in‑person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage medications with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education
Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards
Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration
Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
What We Offer
Competitive pay for office providers: $100–$110 per hour‑long encounter (W2, pay‑per‑encounter)

Qualifications
Active California PMHNP license and California furnishing number
Active or pending California DEA license
2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults
Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder
Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in‑person and virtual
Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Setting
Job type: Part‑time or Full‑time
Location: In‑person (Santa Ana, CA) + Telehealth
Schedule: Monday to Friday availability preferred; weekend availability a plus
