Hours and Location

Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We are located at 255 7th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

How You’ll Make an Impact As a Pharmacist-In-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence

Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients

Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development

Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare

What You’ll Bring Basic Qualifications

Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

Successful completion of California state pharmacy board examination

Pharmacist license current and in good standing in state of California

Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements as part of pharmacist license maintenance

Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

Two to three years of experience in pharmacy management

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear

Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes

Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of California only, expected salary range is $155,000 to $175,000.

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors such as locations, education, experience, and skillset)
