A leading hospitality investment and development firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Development to lead the planning and execution of high-end hotel and residential projects across the Caribbean and the U.S. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury hospitality construction, renovations, and project management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale developments on time and within budget. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in upscale or luxury hospitality construction and renovations. Proven success managing complex development projects from concept to completion. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation, and consultant management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. U.S. work authorization required. Based in Puerto Rico or Miami (must be able to travel 3–4 weeks per month if Miami-based). Compensation & Benefits
Salary: USD 180,000–200,000 annually Bonus: Up to 30% annual performance bonus Healthcare: 8% employee contribution (medical, dental, vision) Retirement: 401(k) participation Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and holidays Travel & Brand Benefits: Discounted stays and travel perks Relocation: USD 5,000 including flights
