Responsibilities Work in a diagnostic radiology department in an acute care setting Night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Utilizes Siemens imaging equipment; experience with Siemens preferred Uses RIS, CIS, PACS, and SMS for imaging and documentation Responsible for performing general diagnostic radiography procedures and troubleshooting equipment or protocol issues Ensures proper patient identification, accuracy of demographic and exam information, and correct use of emulsion markers Transmits and verifies imaging with PACS and completes documentation in RIS Maintains a clean and safe work environment and reports equipment problems promptly Assesses patient condition and history prior to exams, verifies pregnancy status as needed, and assists patients requiring extra care Will be expected to comply with strict onboarding and background check processes Requirements ARRT certification in Radiography is required; must maintain registry status and fulfill annual continuing education requirements Valid BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is required Completion of an accredited Associate's Degree or Radiologic Sciences Program is required No prior experience required License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-626821.
