Schedule: First Shift, 40 hrs/wk
Summary Effectively and consistently recruits qualified individuals to meet Summa Health’s staffing needs as part of a centralized talent acquisition team. Collaborates with the talent team and department managers to gain insights to recruitment needs. Manages the recruitment process ensuring the sourcing and hiring of quality talent for Summa Health. Sources, screens, and conducts interviews across various roles within the health system. Implements consistent processes in order to obtain and on-board talent, ensure compliance and regulatory standards are upheld, as well as provide data related to overall utilization of staff.
Minimum Qualifications Formal Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required: Two (2) years’ experience in the field of human resources, talent acquisition or related field managing people
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Experience sourcing and placing Managerial and IT professionals strongly preferred.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: Skill in use of computerized packages or ability to acquire such skills to operate application packages used by Human Resources

Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
Level of Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
