Overview Internal Talent Acquisition Manager | Mother
As a Recruiter you will continue to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting. Responsibilities Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview candidates
Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets and key market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.
Perform various customer service related activities
Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview
Present, negotiate and close job offers
Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements
Demonstrates proficiency of internal Applicant Tracking System
Demonstrates proficiency of external job boards and precision sourcing of candidates in a wide variety of critical and time-sensitive STEM-focused roles both contingent and permanent in nature
Demonstrates proficiency of recruiting workflows and VMS tools, with the ability to successfully move candidates through sourcing, submittal, interview, offer acceptance, onboarding, and retention.
Demonstrates proficiency of Candidate Communications, Maintenance, and Onboarding, including:
Demonstrates ability to work directly with clients
Continues to develop a solid understanding of internal Compliance and Operations
Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in sciences, business, or related field required.
1+ years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred.
Prior collaboration in a team-oriented environment preferred.
Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of relationship building skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed.
Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunter’s core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence).
High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
Strong technological aptitude.
Ability to successfully pass Hunter’s standard post-offer employment requirements including but not limited to employment background check and drug screen.
