Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Commission
Onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays.

What Youll Do
Make daily outreach: calls, emails, campaigns
Source and engage top talent across multiple searches
Build pipelines and deliver quickly on client needs
Provide a high-touch candidate experience
What You Bring
2+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency/search firm (required)
A self-starter mindset proactive, resourceful, and consistent
