Location:Durand, WI
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay:$20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto support our plant operations. This role is essential to keeping our office organized and efficient, and it offers a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Gather and distribute production paperwork, Run Records, and Aggl Reports
- Match invoices with PO numbers and packing lists; send for payment
- Enter accounts payable into the Plant Purchases Spreadsheet
- Prepare onboarding paperwork for new employees
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Perform filing and general office duties
- Provide directions to truck drivers entering the plant
- Assist management with various tasks as assigned
- Maintain daily production records, inventory updates, and yield reports
- Manage petty cash and submit receipts for reimbursement
- Process and audit weekly payroll; maintain employee records
- Track attendance and prepare time cards
- Create and manage Bill of Ladings for shipments
- Verify benefit invoices and coordinate with HR
- Maintain insurance and benefits websites
- Handle worker’s compensation claims and OSHA logs
- Complete annual license applications
- Generate reports for corporate and plant management
- Support Executive Assistant duties when needed
- Prepare daily shipping/receiving schedules and distribute copies
- Send customer samples and required documentation
- Take meeting minutes and distribute electronically
- Manage Amazon and Milkmanmilk orders via ShipStation
- Monitor inventory and initiate fulfillment orders
- Fill out weekly labor cost reports and census updates
- Maintain phone lists and product/pallet tags as needed
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
