Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Bilingual Gujarati/Hindi preferred. Property-Casualty license preferred. Life-Health license preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
