Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
ExecuSource is seeking a Senior Assurance Associate to join our clients Audit team in Atlanta. Serving clients across industries including manufacturing, real estate, construction, technology, transportation, private equity, and professional services.
What you get to do
Lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilations, including benefit plan audits.
Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and disclosures.
Test and document internal controls.
Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns.
Manage engagement budgets and timelines while delivering excellent client service.
Support consulting projects and identify process improvements.
Continue technical development through CPE and training.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred.
2–4 years of public accounting audit experience (industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, or construction a plus).
Strong Excel and audit software skills (CCH ProSystem fx, IDEA preferred).
Proven ability to manage engagements and communicate effectively.
Self‑motivated, client‑focused, and willing to travel as needed.
