Senior Tax Associate – Location: Atlanta, GA; Pay: $80-$100k (DOE); Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
ExecuSource is seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Associate in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the nation's most respected public accounting firms, serving clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, construction, technology, transportation, private equity, financial services, and professional services.
What you get to do
Review federal, state, and local tax returns and related filings
Perform technical tax reviews and assist with governmental examinations
Serve as a resource for tax associates and audit team members on tax matters
Ensure compliance and timely filing of all tax returns
Participate in client meetings and tax planning initiatives
Support the Business Assurance (Audit) team as needed
What you need to succeed
2-4 years of public accounting experience preparing corporate, partnership, individual, and fiduciary tax returns
At least 1 year supervising or mentoring tax staff
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred
CPA license highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax or similar software a plus
Strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented and self-motivated
