About the Role
The Subscriber Revenue Marketing Associate supports marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth of existing subscribers and optimize marketing programs. You will leverage new marketing technology, marketing channels, and customer data in innovative ways to deploy effective marketing campaigns and customer-centric journeys to grow lifetime value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, develop and execute growth strategies with critical marketing KPIs. Role based in New York City, NY. Must work from the Midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). This role reports to the Marketing Manager of Subscriber Revenue and is embedded within the Engagement & Retention Marketing team. This role works cross-functionally with teams across the organization (Engagement, Retention, Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, Product, Engineering, Brand/Creative, Legal, etc.). You Will
Support marketing tactics and strategies across a variety of single product and bundle options for The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch. Deploy campaigns that increase awareness and consideration of Dow Jones' different subscription bundles. Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns, working with internal teams to ensure that campaign goals are met and remain agile to respond to real-time performance. Monitor owned channels (email, on-site), product experimentation, and paid media budgets to ensure delivery against subscription goals. Provide post-campaign analysis to identify tactics delivering on business goals. Manage the creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials. Draft creative briefs, provide creative feedback, and manage approvals with internal departments and external agencies. Operate directly within CRM tools to execute multi-channel subscriber journeys. Communicate effectively and represent the team in meetings. Be hands-on in-platform—building campaigns, optimizing targeting and audience strategy, and monitoring creative performance. Deploy targeted media spend across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, Direct Mail) and platforms (Google, Meta, X/Twitter, etc.). Work closely with the broader Paid Media team to improve performance and achieve KPI goals. Manage and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance results. You Have
0-2 years' experience in marketing. Background with driving marketing KPIs is a plus. Hands-on experience with building and managing digital media campaigns. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of building relationships across the organization to achieve success. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and writing skills; ability to present and navigate a large, matrixed organization and advocate for the customer. Experience in copywriting is a plus.
