RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a
Residential Nurse
to join our team in Lancaster, MA.
Responsibilities
Supervision of medication and child health coordination for youth in a residential setting (ages 12–22).
Oversight of medication plans and supervision of medication administration staff.
Case management of primary care and specialist physician services, as well as state mandated screenings.
Critical decision making for health emergencies.
Communication and coordination with guardians and school nurses regarding health needs and ongoing contribution to health education of students and staff.
Who You Are
compassionate leader who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork.
Bachelor's degree.
Massachusetts RN licensure.
Minimum of two years of experience.
Shift Residential nursing hours are commonly Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, but can be somewhat flexible around this time frame. On-call hours may be required Monday–Friday evenings and weekends/holidays for all programs in the Lancaster area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Massachusetts RN Licensure.
Minimum two years of experience; residential setting preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
