Job Overview Well established Georgia law firm seeking an experienced civil litigator to join a growing, dynamic team. This role includes a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and a supportive, collaborative firm culture.

Core Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Conduct depositions and witness interviews.

Lead court appearances, hearings, and mediations.

Provide strategic counsel to government and corporate clients.

Participate in company‑owned litigation specialties: Government Law, Municipal Law, Employment Law, Real Estate Litigation, Land Use & Zoning, Business Litigation, Government Contracts, Construction Law.

Qualifications

2+ years of recent civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.

Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university.

Proven track record of case management from inception to close.

Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills.

Stable employment history.

Government law experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
