Manage the full lifecycle of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and witness interviews. Perform legal research and analyze case law and statutes. Lead court appearances, hearings, and mediations; represent clients in various proceedings. Provide strategic counsel to government and corporate clients. Qualifications
2+ years of recent civil litigation experience in a law firm setting. J.D. from an accredited university. Proven track record of case management from inception to close. Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills. Stable employment history. Government law experience preferred but not required. Compensation
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year. What We Offer
