The Opportunity:
We are hiring
1 Business Development Manager
in Miami, FL. If you have a proven track record and strong connections in the Medicare Home Health sector, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities & Expectations (What You Will Do):
Drive Immediate Referrals:
Quickly generate new business, meeting a minimum target of
10+ referrals per month
from the start.
Build Your Network:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key referral sources, including:
Physicians' offices: Hospital Discharge Planners, Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes
Generate New Business:
Identify, pursue, and follow up on new business opportunities.
Coordinate Meetings:
Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients and referral partners.
Maintain Expertise:
Stay current on all relevant Medicare regulations and industry knowledge.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must Haves):
Existing Book of Business:
A significant, established book of business in Home Health is mandatory. (References will be required).
Experience:
3+ years of successful Business Development experience specifically with Medicare Home Health.
Industry Knowledge:
3+ years of experience in health care, Medicare, and the local industry landscape.
Preferred Qualification (Major Plus):
Spanish Language Fluency
is a major advantage for this market.
