located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing NICE‑compliant psychological interventions for children and young people with emotional and mental health difficulties. Job Overview

We are looking for a graduate-qualified health professional (eg. Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, BABCP‑Accredited CBT Therapist, Systemic Family Therapist, Clinical Psychologist) to serve the Mood and Anxiety Pathway within the CYPMHS. The role involves managing referrals, conducting mental health assessments, measuring outcomes, and delivering evidence‑based interventions in line with the CY‑IAPT programme. Main Duties

Manage referrals within the Mood and Anxiety Pathway, undertake mental health assessments and routinely measure clinical outcomes. Promote mental and emotional health of children, young people and families through clinical interventions in the care pathway. Carry out initial school‑based and community‑based assessments and provide early interventions where appropriate. Develop and implement care plans to meet complex patient needs. Person Specification

Qualification

Core professional registration. Post‑graduate development and training in CYPMHS. Experience

Minimum 3 years working with CYPMHS. Therapeutic work with complex cases. Experience with challenging children/young people requiring complex interventions. Experience of working therapeutically with parents/​carers/families of children and young people with complex mental health problems. Knowledge

Experience of running or facilitating group work. High level knowledge of evidence‑based short‑term and long‑term clinical interventions in CAMHS/EMWHS. Knowledge of legislation, safeguarding procedures and policies for children/adolescents. Knowledge of research methodology and outcome research design. Skills

Basic IT awareness and skills. Excellent communication skills for complex and sensitive matters. Ability to integrate complex clinical information into coherent formulations. Competence in multi‑disciplinary and inter‑agency collaboration. Benefits
