$70,000-$80,000/year

Vaco is partnering with a national law firm to hire an experienced E‑Billing Specialist. The E‑Billing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the firm's billing operations by managing electronic invoice submissions and ensuring compliance with client billing requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of legal billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Submit client invoices through various e‑Billing systems (eBillingHub, Bill Blast, Legal Tracker, etc.)

Troubleshoot and resolve submission issues

Collaborate with attorneys and staff to meet client billing requirements

Monitor invoice status and follow up on payments

Maintain internal databases and documentation

Respond to partner and client inquiries

Provide financial analysis and reporting

Support the expansion of the firm's e‑Billing program

Review legal service provider bills for accuracy

Assist with data management and ad hoc analysis

Requirements

5+ years of e‑Billing experience using platforms like TyMetrix360, Legal‑X, Aderant (highly preferred), Bill Blast, etc. (required)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V‑Lookups, formulas)

Prior billing experience at a large/mid‑sized law firm (Top 200 - preferred)

Must be able to work CST/EST standard business hours
