Field Sales Representative
for the greater Sacramento area to join our growing team and drive revenue through strategic field visits.
The Role This position is perfect for a self-starter who excels at both building relationships and closing deals face-to-face. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to product demonstration, proposal creation, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales:
Strategically plan and execute site visits and meetings with qualified leads and key accounts within the greater Sacramento area.
Perform on-site assessments of customer communication needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
Technical & Strategic:
Develop expert knowledge of our two-way radio products, systems, and accessories.
Prepare professional, tailored proposals and quotes based on customer requirements.
Accurately maintain all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1–2 years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, telecommunications, or a related industry. Experience selling two-way radio equipment is a significant plus.
Skills:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Comfortable utilizing a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite.
A high level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Attributes:
Highly organized, results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with a travel requirement for field visits.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
