Staff Accountant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced, high-volume accounting team. This role will support daily accounting operations, assist with month-end close, and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Maintain accurate financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting requirements
Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to accounting policies
Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Support audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications :
2+ years of accounting experience in a similar role
Finance or Accounting degree required
Strong understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycle
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
