Senior Geotechnical Engineer (relocation offered) – Dallas, TX. This role is mission-critical as the team builds out the local market, with the opportunity to shape and grow operations well beyond current size. Compensation

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr What makes us unique

Manage complex geotechnical and construction materials testing projects Lead geotechnical investigations, scoping, proposals, budgeting, field investigations, lab testing, and analysis Develop practical geotechnical solutions and author comprehensive reports Balance technical execution with client engagement (initially ~60/40) Build and maintain client relationships across municipal and K–12 markets Provide direction and mentorship to junior engineers as the office grows Support business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to marketing strategies Qualifications

BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering (MS preferred) 5+ years geotechnical engineering experience (7+ ideal) 3+ years practicing in Dallas market PE in Texas required Experience with municipal/K–12 clients; CMT experience 1–2 years Strong technical expertise across earthwork, concrete, analysis, and reporting Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow a local office About the employer and benefits
