About the Role
CrowdStrike seeks an experienced business leader for the role of Strategy and Ops Manager - North America Corporate Sales. The role will partner directly with NA Corporate Sales and Global Sales Operations leadership to develop and improve processes, analyze data, and deliver insights. This is an opportunity to advance your career as we expand rapidly. This individual will have proven skills in relationship building with internal stakeholders, planning and executing for business scale and velocity, and maximizing outcomes for the company. As a key member of the NA Corporate leadership team, the Strategy and Ops Manager - NA Corporate Sales will leverage business acumen to: objectively partner with and guide the leadership team on current performance and opportunities; assess future investments and process developments that can drive growth; and be a driver for the business model and the culture of excellence we seek to achieve across our GTM teams.
What You\'ll Do
Sales Performance & KPI Management:
Define, track, and optimize metrics to improve productivity and ROI.
Process Design & Optimization:
Develop and refine scalable corporate sales processes, including lead routing, SLAs, sequencing, and outbound prospecting workflows.
Territory & Capacity Planning:
Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Planning to design rep territories, define headcount models, and align resource allocation with market opportunity.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, Marketing Ops, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment on lead generation, MQL handoffs, and pipeline creation.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a small team of sales operations analysts. Provide regular feedback, and create growth opportunities while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
What You\'ll Need
A minimum of 5+ years of business leadership experience in the technology sector. Technology industry, software, SaaS revenue recognition expertise.
Broad business acumen and strong influencing skills.
Successful track record in both strategic and operational activities.
Must be successful in driving change management, and in achieving support, engagement and coordination with key stakeholders.
Ability to quickly synthesize data and provide recommendations. Perform well under pressure.
Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated track record in partnering across functions and levels of management to drive success.
Must possess a proactive high energy, positive, results oriented management style that promotes open communication and collaborative problem resolution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to work in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
