Architectural Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Type : Full-Time
A well-established architecture and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager. This is an opportunity to lead healthcare projects in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
Manage healthcare design projects from concept through construction
Lead internal teams and coordinate consultants
Drive schedules, budgets, and QA / QC standards
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in key meetings
Ensure regulatory compliance and healthcare design best practices
Support proposal development and business development efforts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of architecture experience
Proven track record delivering complex healthcare projects
Licensed Architect (Minnesota license preferred)
Proficiency in Revit and project management software
Experience with healthcare compliance
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits
