Manage and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Research and resolve advanced tax issues and stay up-to-date on changing tax laws Oversee and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants through project delivery Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients while identifying new advisory opportunities Collaborate with partners on tax planning, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives What We\'re Looking For
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field (Master\'s in Tax a plus) Active CPA or EA 5+ years of experience in public accounting, including 1+ year in a management or supervisory role Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Strong client communication and leadership skills Perks & Benefits
