is seeking an energetic, self‑starter to join our survey team as a

Survey Crew Chief

This job is located in Denver CO. It will require you to relocate here for work if you do not live locally.

Starting pay is commensurate with experience.

► Includes use of Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:

Provide field layout for construction purposes

Collect necessary field data to process ALTAs, boundary and design surveys. Ability to use line coding systems.

Review construction plans and provide accurate calculations.

Proficient with Surveying equipment and software – Trimble Robotics, Trimble RTK - Topcon RTK - Trimble Access -Survey Pro

Communicate with team members and interface with clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year as a crew chief

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Company Description: Foresight West Surveying, Inc. (FWS) is a Denver based company providing Professional Land Surveying Services. FWS currently holds licenses in Colorado, California, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, Arizona and New Mexico and has one primary office location in Denver. Our staff includes three registered Professional Land Surveyors and a total of eleven full‑time survey personnel. FWS has operated for forty years with a consistent staffing level of five to twelve full‑time surveyors. The company maintains a high level of production while ensuring quality assurance and review processes. FWS uses the latest survey technology, including Static/RTK GPS receivers, robotic total stations and 3D scanners, to meet client schedules. Communication is emphasized as key to project success, whether for monitoring well locations or on‑site presence for large development projects.
