Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Denver

We are seeking an experienced
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee equipment maintenance and the overall functionality and efficiency of plant machinery. This role is responsible for ensuring all industrial equipment and systems operate at peak performance to support consistent production output, workplace safety, and operational longevity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment used in production operations.
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of plant systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, and automated equipment.
Plan, assign, and perform work requiring strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, technical specifications, local/electrical codes, and the operation of electronic systems.
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe and timely project completion.
Partner with plant and operations management to plan and execute facility improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety standards and internal safety protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, pumps, conveyors, and PLCs.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience within a production or industrial setting.
Proficiency with CMMS and preventive maintenance scheduling.
Ability to obtain or hold certifications such as Arc Flash and Forklift Operator.
Credentials include certifications in electrical, or PLC controls.
Must be comfortable working in a high‑paced production environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and physical activity (standing, bending, lifting).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
