Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: Analyze and process financial data for multiple client locations including schools and service centers. Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Prepare and reconcile general ledger and bank accounts. Record deposits, process payments, and assist with payroll processing. Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and schedules for review. Support compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/FASB) and internal policies. Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Staff or Senior Accountant position. Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
