What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives
Complete CRM Field Technical Training and perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
Manage patient registration and consignment inventory to support customer needs
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and provide feedback to support sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology settings
Experience in teaching and educating medical personnel
Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Expertise with Microsoft tools and other business applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
