What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
Manage consignment and trunk inventory to meet customer needs
Perform checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support implants as needed
Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields, or
Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields, or
Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory, including evenings and weekends as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
