Retail What you’ll do

Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and administering other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting, and cross-functional relationship development; assesses economic trends and demographics. Models, enforces, and provides direction to Associates on customer service approaches to resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as good community members. Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas; analyzes reports; implements and monitors loss prevention and safety controls; oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews; develops and implements action plans. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates; conducts training, mentoring, assigns duties, provides performance feedback, and promotes belonging in the workplace. Maintains confidentiality of information and records as required by policy and law. Manages Pharmacy Operations; conducts Associate meetings; aligns operations with HIPAA, SOP, QA policies and procedures; informs changes in products and procedures to Associates and Managers. Oversees Inventory Flow; monitors and executes inventory processes; identifies issues and takes corrective action. Manages Finances; interprets and analyzes financial data; manages budgets and ensures alignment with business strategy; reports on assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses. Ensures quality patient care and safety; communicates expectations; ensures counseling and documentation for new therapies or items; identifies areas for improvement and implements corrective actions. Promotes compliance execution; trains and guides processes for compliance initiatives; ensures HIPAA and SOP adherence; uses auditing to identify issues and implement improvements. Builds high-performing teams, embraces diversity, and fosters a culture of belonging; acts with integrity and serves customers and members with data-informed decision making. Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred qualifications

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$197,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and other location- or role-based incentives.
