What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the design and development of agentic workflows leveraging AI technologies to automate complex business processes
Architect and implement frameworks for orchestrating planning and collaboration across systems
Collaborate with UX engineers, product managers, and domain experts to ensure workflows are human-centered and transparent
Mentor engineering teams in agentic workflow design patterns and share expertise in AI orchestration
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of existing processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
8 years of experience in software engineering, or 6 years with a Master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD
Proven experience designing and deploying AI-driven workflows or agents in production environments
Strong expertise in Java, Python, REST API, and solid computer science fundamentals
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployment for AI-driven services
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands‑on experience with UI/UX engineering in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular)
Familiarity with responsible AI principles and monitoring tools for AI workflows
Experience with observability tools and ServiceNow platform development
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows
