As a Senior Project Manager within MarComms, you will work alongside a dynamic marketing and communications team to operationalize and implement engaging and effective strategic marketing campaigns. You will oversee cross-functional projects spanning multiple channels, including content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web. As a key strategic partner, you will drive visibility into program health, proactively identify risks, and surface prioritization and resourcing challenges to ensure successful outcomes. Your work will have a lasting impact on how our team operates and delivers value, helping Stand Together achieve its mission through innovative and effective marketing strategies. How You Will Contribute

Lead cross-functional projects that span content, creative, analytics, research and digital marketing, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Leverage project management best practices and tools to drive collaboration across multiple internal and external teams, bringing together the correct audiences at the right time and proactively identifying risks across teams.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations and manage scope changes, risks, and issues proactively; propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Establish and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and roadblocks.

Implement and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and best practices that drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability.

Prioritize workload effectively in a fast‑paced, creative environment, proactively identifying and addressing challenges.

Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring junior team members and promoting a learning environment.

What You Will Bring

7+ years of Project Management experience working with various levels of leadership, stakeholders, and a variety of teams, such as creative, development, and production

Strong process‑minded planner who can determine deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi‑dimensional programs and events with a proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative

Solid track record of successfully leading multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Detail‑oriented but able to see the bigger picture and drive strategic outcomes

Superior organizational skills, a solutions‑oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication

Proven experience and advanced working knowledge of industry best practices, project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), and methodologies, with an understanding of creative, editorial, web content, and marketing deliverable lifecycles to effectively oversee project progress across teams

2+ years of leadership experience within a PMO environment
