What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage every phase of the project lifecycle for multimillion-dollar façade projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Utilize digital tools and strong communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on specification
Lead project updates, vendor negotiations, and client coordination remotely
Track costs, manage contracts, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with team members to maintain structured communication and proactive planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing glazing or curtain wall projects
Proven success in managing commercial construction projects remotely
Expertise in architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings
Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, ACM, or unitized façade systems
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or project management platforms
Existing network of glazing vendors and subcontractors
