What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage every phase of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout

Leverage digital tools and strong communication to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on specification

Coordinate remotely with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure project success

Oversee contracts, track costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies

Utilize expertise in architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings for project execution

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 3 years of experience managing glazing or curtain wall projects

Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects remotely

Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, ACM, or unitized façade systems

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or PM platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Existing network of glazing vendors and subcontractors

Proven ability to lead project updates and vendor negotiations remotely
