Ford Office Technologies is seeking a dynamic experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO). The CIO is a senior executive responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions within the organization. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and developing new technical solutions. The CIO will also play a key role in aligning technology strategies with the organization’s long‑term goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy to support business objectives and drive growth.
Lead IT planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure robust cybersecurity policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with other executives to evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance business performance.
Manage IT teams.
Drive process improvements across the organization.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and policies.
Monitor emerging technology trends and determine their potential impact on the business.
Develop vendor management strategies and negotiate contracts with IT service providers.
Report to leadership team on technology performance, opportunities, and risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide technology strategy.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, data governance, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
Experience managing large teams and complex budgets.
