Position Summary Reporting to a Manager Project Management based in Germany, this Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of Product lifecycle changes and Product relocation projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.
The role will also be involved in the backend data integrity and analysis of the Lifecycle Change Management Program LCMP. This includes managing backend data integrity and reporting for Product 3 Digit Codes — unique process identifiers captured in the company’s database and integrated into all systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools, and other operational systems.
The role will also support business reporting initiatives, conduct Complexity Reduction (CORE) data overlap analysis with LCMP data, and collaborate with I.T. to enable ERP and financial reporting integrations. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee Strategic Business Management (SBM) projects to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
This person ensures that data is up to date, backed up on a regular basis and available to management at any time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management and relocation projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables; prepare and present regular status updates.
Ensure compliance with company standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
Maintain and validate LCMP and Product 3 Digit Code data for accurate reporting.
Perform regular data integrity checks, manage backups, and ensure accessibility of datasets.
Support business reporting projects and conduct CORE data overlap analysis with Product 3 Digit Code data.
Collaborate with I.T. to integrate ERP and CPQ systems, strengthening financial reporting capabilities.
Manage SBM projects focused on operational improvement and reporting efficiency.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Data Architecture, or related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving processes — not overly tied to existing methods — with a willingness to embrace change.
Knowledge and experience in data architecture to support accurate reporting and system integration.
Capacity to handle increased workload from current and upcoming lifecycle change implementations.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with data management, integrity, and reporting processes.
Ability to travel within North America as needed. (10-20%)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Experience with Product Lifecycle management operations and Division 3 Digit Code reporting.
ERP and CPQ integration project experience.
ERP system proficiency and familiarity with financial reporting structures.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Background managing SBM or other operational improvement initiatives.
