and become the driving force behind empowering customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed. You’ll lead hands‑on, high‑impact training sessions that demystify electrical panel schedule take‑offs, OEM power and control circuits, and ABB’s cutting‑edge electrical products.

Ansvarsområden
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
Interpret OEM power and control circuit design
Demonstrate knowledge of ABB’s portfolio of electrical products and solutions
Pre‑training:
Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs
Training delivery:
Facilitate in‑person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth
Post‑training:
Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content
Kvalifikationer
Associates degree in engineering, business administration or related field
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, panel schedules, and OEM circuit design
3+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self‑sufficiency and motivation—you take initiative and own your outcomes
Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
Ability to work independently from any location
