Deliver marketing-generated sales presentations using screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners into purchasers Build and maintain a customer base by answering questions, following up on referrals, and monitoring owner satisfaction Customize sales presentations by discovering the needs of prospective owners through strategic questioning Complete and close sales contracts, ensuring all required paperwork is accurately signed and processed Continuously improve sales techniques and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED Active and in‑good‑standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law Proficiency in English and computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams Ability to work remotely from home with a private office setup Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
