What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver work within established timeframes while managing multiple large projects
Define, document, build, and maintain Electronic Health Record (EHR) application content
Validate content of functional specifications created by junior analysts and provide feedback
Mentor junior colleagues in application knowledge and assist in process redesign
Provide end-user support during implementation and address post-go-live issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with EHR and clinical systems
Experience working in a clinical setting and with system implementation teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HL7 coding standards and process redesign
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
EHR (Electronic Health Record) Certification
Experience in the full implementation software development cycle
Proven ability to manage small projects with defined duration and scope
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to process redesign
Excellent written and oral communication skills
