Key Responsibilities : General Accounting

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close

Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports

Zoho Books Management

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping within Zoho Books

Ensure accuracy of data entry, account categorization, and bank reconciliations

Customize financial reports and improve workflow efficiency within the platform

Inventory and Retail Vending Accounting

Track and reconcile inventory transactions across retail and vending locations

Experience with purchase order, sales orders in ZohoBooks

Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and variances; assist with cycle counts

Record and reconcile sales and inventory activity from vending machines and POS systems

Cash Accountability

Oversee and reconcile cash collections from vending and retail locations

Verify cash deposits, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate variances

Work with location managers to improve cash handling and reporting procedures

Maintain clear audit trails and documentation for all cash-related transactions

Purchase Orders and Vendor Management

Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders

Match vendor invoices with POs and delivery records

Monitor outstanding POs and support the accounts payable process

Multi-Location Coordination

Consolidate financial data from multiple Naturals2Go and Naturals2Go Plus Holdings retail and vending sites

Communicate with location managers to ensure consistent accounting practices

Provide reports on performance, costs, and cash accountability per location

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location environment

Excel skills; comfortable with data analysis, pivot tables, and reconciliations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Must be able to work on-site in Savannah, GA

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in vending, retail, or distribution environments

Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem tools (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $55,000 – $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Employment Type : Full-time, in-person at our Savannah, GA office

Work Hours : Monday–Friday, standard business hours
