Our client is a tech-focused Venture Capital firm seeking a Talent Coordinator to assist with administrative and talent-related aspects of the HR department. This role focuses on onboarding, sourcing, and recruiting talent for the firm. It offers an opportunity to work closely with the HR team and to support various functions including HR, administration, and event planning.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, conference calls, and book appointments and conference rooms for HR professionals.
Coordinate all travel arrangements for the team.
Process expense reports and submit invoices for team members.
Assist in campus recruiting efforts.
Liaise with drug and background check vendors.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen supplies.
Post open roles on job boards.
Act as a point of contact between hiring managers and recruiting firms.
Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with HR exposure.
Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
