for our
Hospice & Home Health
team. This position is eligible for up to a $40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $15,000 plus 30 days of housing. Pay information and notes about internal vs external hire terms are provided below. Responsibilities
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care and all staff activities for the Hospice & Home Health units including direct patient care. Maximizes resource utilization and achieves organizational objectives through continuous improvement and process evaluation for cost effective care and quality clinical outcomes. Ensures compliance with established organizational, professional and accreditation standards, and state/federal laws and regulations. In programs with coordinators in place, supports those leaders in addressing personnel, patient, and operational issues that escalate. Manages patient care operations. Directs and coaches staff in personnel and patient care processes. Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience: Five years of current nursing experience. Two years of supervision/management experience. Note: Can run concurrently. License: Current State of Alaska Registered Nursing License Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Practice Notices
