About This Opportunity
Join a thriving, family-owned automotive business with 75+ years of stability and growth. We're seeking a strategic Controller to help shape the financial future of our 11-location operation. This is more than a traditional controller role, you'll partner directly with leadership to drive transformation, build systems from the ground up, and lead our accounting and finance functions through our next phase of expansion.
Compensation: $100,000 plus, based on experience

Leverage the foundation of a 75+ year legacy while driving innovation and expansion Oversee monthly financial close, reporting, and accurate financial forecasting Prepare comprehensive financial statements and deliver insightful analysis to leadership Develop prescriptive financial projections and strategic recommendations Manage risk management initiatives and special projects Team Development Build, lead, and mentor high-performing accounting and finance team members Create an engaging culture where team members feel ownership and are rewarded for progress Foster collaboration across all internal departments Systems & Compliance Develop, implement, and control systems for accurate financial reporting and record-keeping Standardize and maintain accounting records and techniques in accordance with GAAP Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and financial laws and regulations Partner with public accounting firm for timely completion of annual audits Control general ledger operations and ensure proper documentation of all transactions Strategic Analysis Provide thoughtful recommendations for operational efficiencies, investments, and capital expenditures Direct cross-functional teams on ad hoc strategic projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification preferred 7-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or controllership roles Strong knowledge of GAAP principles Strategic mindset with high integrity and ethical standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines Results-driven and highly analytical Preferred Qualifications MBA Treasury or cash management experience Strong level of Human Resources experience Multi-location or retail operations experience What We Offer Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement & Savings Plan with Employer Match Employer-Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Vacation, and Holidays Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts on services Full-time, exempt position Office setting Monday to Friday, day shift schedule In-person at our Las Vegas location Our Commitment We are a drug-free workplace.
