Join a 5-Star Step Up to Quality and NAEYC-accredited program with over 30 years of excellence in shaping young minds. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Director to lead our amazing team and continue our legacy of exceptional care and education.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations with positivity, purpose, and professionalism
Support and inspire your teaching team to deliver top-quality learning experiences
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
Oversee curriculum, compliance, and center excellence
Manage budgets, schedules, and all the details that make the magic happen
What You Bring
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
2+ years of leadership experience in childcare or preschool management
Strong understanding of child development, curriculum, and licensing standards
Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
