This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, exceptional management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The VP of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency, quality, and financial performance of our services.**Key Responsibilities:****Strategic Planning and Execution:*** Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.* Collaborate with executive leadership to set short-term and long-term objectives for operational performance.* Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality of care.**Operational Management:*** Oversee the day-to-day operations of provider groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.* Monitor and evaluate operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.* Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.**Leadership and Team Development:*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.* Provide guidance and support to operational teams to achieve their goals and objectives.**Financial Management:*** Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring cost-effective operations.* Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.**Stakeholder Engagement:*** Build and maintain strong relationships with provider groups, stakeholders, and partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery.* Represent the organization in meetings with external partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.* Communicate operational goals, achievements, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.**Quality and Compliance:*** Ensure that all operational activities comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.* Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.* Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).* Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.* Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare operations and achieving operational goals.* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.**Salary Range:**If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! #J-18808-Ljbffr
